What a great experience I had with Mi Box !! From beginning to end they went above and beyond. Office staff was very responsive and on it. Delivery driver was able to put box in needed (not so easy) places and was very nice and genuine. I highly recommend this company!!

Tina at Mi-Box saved my LIFE this weekend after another company delayed my container delivery by a week. She worked hard on Saturday to get me a container by Tuesday morning--and then called me Monday morning saying she could get it there a day earlier! I will NEVER use another company, EVER. Amazing experience! A++++ Customer Service. I called last minute in the afternoon. A driver was called to confirm that a box could be delivered. Less than 5 minutes afterwards, a box was confirmed and on its way. The driver was super careful with placement and even confirmed with me via my ring doorbell that I was ok with placement. Great service and great rates. Will definitely use again.

Superb! I used them to store my belongings between houses. We ended up using 4 [boxes] instead of the original 3 that were planned and they were able to deliver the extra pod the same day along with extra blanket rentals. Also, they had no problems with me changing the drop off date two times. They are extremely flexible and will work with you to make your move as painless as possible. Life is unpredictable and it's great to work with a company that understands that. Chelsea and the rest of the team is efficient, dependable and pleasant. I would not hesitate to use them again (FYI-I used Space to Space Moving to load and unload the pods...another fantastic company)

Everything was smooth from the beginning box was delivered in a timely manner with all supplies that were requested and picked up on time without fail! I give them a 5 star due to their professionalism with handling everything for me. Very punctual and ability to work around my scheduling need for drop off at new location. Driver was very courteous and appeared to love what he does. Chelsea would call me every month to make sure I needed the box before charging me.Having the box helped me weed out stuff I no longer needed. Giving me the time to make a shift to my new home without bringing items I no longer had use for. Very good experience.

I used this service twice. They were much cheaper than the mainstream version. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I don't know where they found Stacy (Delivery Guy) but They need to hold on to him for dear life. He was just naturally nice. Cheaslea, was very professionaland accomodating on the phone. She always answered my calls, or returned hem in a timely manner. I amam very pleased withy this company.

I am very happy I went with this company. The process couldn’t have been any easier. They really helped us out during a remodel. I initially wanted a 20’ but after speaking with them they recommended the 16’ for what I needed. I still had plenty of room for more. The unit looked brand new and very well built. I recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Way better than the other guys in the business. Thanks MiBox!
